Yes! And... Collaborative Arts

Want to have the time of your life and reach kids with the power of the arts? Join Yes! And… Collaborative Arts we are dedicated to amplifying voices, nurturing agency, and creating community through performing arts experiences. As educators, we practice and teach a different way of interacting with kids, with each other, and with the world. We believe that children learn best when they are given the opportunity to engage with one another, classroom content, and their own ideas in the context of a safe, affirming, and specific environment.

Our summer camps provide this opportunity for children and youth ages 5-18 through classes in acting, dance, visual arts, storytelling and more. We are looking for all types of individuals that would like to do this important work! We are seeking actors, dancers, visual artists, storytellers, playwrights, musicians, and more to collaborate with kids. We are specifically looking for artists for our Theatre Camp (grades 5-8) and Imagination Camp Program (grades K-4) to create original pieces and performances with our younger campers. A typical day for Imagination Camp may consist of creating a rocket ship, going through a space training program and defining the story of our space travel depending on the theme of the week! We are also looking to build our Artistic Team for our musical theatre program, Summer Sort of Thing (grades 6-12).

Pay is $14.50/hr for camp and $10/hr for training
