We are looking for teaching artists who have worked in camp settings, day cares, early childhood development centers, elementary/middle schools etc.! Don’t pass up this great opportunity! This job has various camp sessions available from June-end of August. Camp runs Monday through Friday from 8:15am-4:30pm.

•    Distributes and collects all new hire paperwork for all stagehands, teamsters, and wardrobe personnel. Ensures legibility, proper information, identification, etc., before handing materials off to the Assistant to the General Manager.
•    Assists the Manager of Venue Production Operations with administrative tasks (invoices, payroll, credit card reconciliation, etc.).
•    Maintains digital records of production documents.

The role of Campus Receptionist is a part-time non-exempt seasonal position (APR – OCT) reporting to the Assistant to the General Manager. This forward-facing role serves as the initial point of contact for in-person visitors, guests, and performing artists and with patrons and business partners over the phone.
Primary Responsibilities:
•    Acts as the Mann's initial point of contact by welcoming visitors, guests, business partners, and artists to the backstage spaces at the Mann. 

Walnut Street Theatre is accepting resumes for the full-time position of Assistant to the Controller. Responsibilities include processing employee records and weekly payroll, employee benefits, workers compensation and unemployment claims, assisting with accounts payable, reconciling records, accurate record keeping, and other duties as assigned. Salary of $50,000, plus excellent fully paid company benefits. Payroll and accounts payable experience a plus.

Sawubona Creativity Project: Theatre for Performing Arts and Education is a community theatre located in South Philadelphia. We are looking for Teachers Aide to assist with our theatre programs for kids in grades Pre-K through 8th grade. Screening Committee members receive confidential, online screener links to the latest films – features and shorts – from across the globe to consider for PJFM’s annual programming, including its signature Jewish film and media festival every November.

Tempesta di Mare is seeking a part-time project manager to assist in the planning and production of a multi-event performance and public engagement project, Hidden Virtuosas – music by and for the extraordinary female musicians of baroque Venice, that will take place in Philadelphia in Fall 2025. The job is open now and funded through December 2025, with the potential for an extension through June 2026 or later.

Philadelphia Baroque Orchestra Tempesta di Mare has an immediate opening for an energetic part-time staff member to manage and execute a multi-faceted marketing plan and provide administrative and patron support for our concert series in Philadelphia. The position works closely with other staff to ensure efficient and effective operations with an eye towards increasing revenues and impact. Beginning in March 2025 the Coordinator of Marketing and Administration will also be an integral part in a consultancy and implementation program with arts-access organization ArtReach.
