Philadelphia Jewish Film and Media (PJFM) is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and organized Marketing Associate (Part-Time) to join our team! In this position, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, helping us reach new audiences, and participate in capturing exciting moments at PJFM events.

Primary Responsibilities:

Volunteer and Artist On-Site Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, scheduling and supervision of the Philadelphia Fringe Festival volunteers and for ensuring that all productions and performances in the Festival, and special events related to the Festival, have sufficient volunteer support. The coordinator is also responsible for the on-site management and hospitality of artists performing in curated works in the 2024 Fringe Festival; major projects in the months leading up to the Fringe Festival: artist travel, artist accommodation, artist hospitality, and expense tracking. In addition, OC  is a key liaison for internal communications regarding the Programming Department, and will assist in disseminating artist and programming information to other departments.

The Operations Support team is an integral part of the daily operations and functions of the Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts which is comprised of 4 buildings housing multiple performance, office, and ancillary spaces. The Ops Support role is an entry level position providing physical labor to support our front of house spaces for daily activities, rentals, and performances in all the buildings.
