Position Title:    Program Manager, Cultural Arts

Reports to:     Director, CPS Day Program

Summary

The Program Manager of Cultural Arts is responsible for supporting the mission of SpArc Services by working alongside the program manager and director, CPS Day Program to develop and manage all aspects of the cultural arts programming, including successful implementation of community events, expanding partnerships, and enhanced programming.

Visitor Experience Assistants (VEAs) welcome visitors to the Museum and engage with children and families in the exhibits, facilitating positive play-based learning experiences. VEAs provide customer service throughout the Museum floor through their knowledge of daily programming, Museum exhibits, ticketing/membership offerings, and wayfinding. VEAs take the lead in engaging with visitors in the Food & Family exhibit and Carousel operations and providing age-appropriate exhibit engagement opportunities that create memorable experiences for children and their families.

The Associate Conductor is a member of the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra Music Institute’s artistic faculty and staff and is responsible for assisting with the artistic operation and development of the Young Musicians Debut Orchestra, a program division of the PYOMI. As such, the YMDO Associate Conductor works alongside the YMDO Director and Conductor on all artistic matters according to the guidelines established by the PYOMI, including repertoire selection, auditions, rehearsals, and selection of players and guest artists.

Lil’ Filmmakers, Inc. is seeking a passionate and organized Film & Media Education Coordinator to support the coordination and implementation of our Story to Screen and Real to Reel programs. This role is ideal for someone with experience related to film and media arts, along with experience working with youth and program planning. The Film & Media Education Coordinator will work closely with teaching artists, students, and community partners to ensure successful program delivery, engagement, and impact.

Role: Teaching Artist for STEAM Afterschool Arts Integration Program with Philadelphia Arts in Education Partnership (PAEP)

Sites: Philadelphia School District schools in the North and Northeast Philadelphia areas

Dates/Times: Monday-Thursday, 3-6 pm ET (subject to slight differences per site)

Pay: $25-$30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Create and conduct scope and sequence lessons that integrate one or more of the core academic pillars of science, math, or literacy, while exposing students to differing creative disciplines.

Assist students: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time OST Program Director to lead, manage and oversee the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) After-School and Summer Program. In this role, the Program Director will take charge of youth recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts, ensuring strict compliance with program contracts. Additionally, the Program Director will recruit, interview, train and manage teaching artists.

Noteworthy Philadelphia is seeking a Music Program Associate (Instruction & Operations) to help lead rehearsals, train vocalists, and manage the logistical flow of performance preparation. This role is perfect for a music educator, vocal coach, or ensemble leader who thrives in structured environments and enjoys guiding singers through vocal development while keeping rehearsals focused and efficient. As part of the executive board, you’ll contribute to high-level artistic decisions, assist in production planning, and support the group’s operational readiness for both live and recorded performances.
