Penn Live Arts at the University of Pennsylvania seeks a Senior Associate Director of Development Operations

Reporting to the Senior Director of Development (SDOD), the Senior Associate Director of Development Operations (SADOD) is the principal architect of the department's culture of productivity, overseeing critical operational services in support of the team. The SADOD oversees the annual fund and stewardship programs, is the primary liaison with corporate and foundation relations, and facilitates prospect research. The SADOD supports the SDOD in management of the departmental budget, reporting requests from Penn Live Arts (PLA) and Development & Alumni Relations (DAR), and with key HR processes.

Nichole Canuso | Branching Paths is seeking staff for the build, install, performance, and strike of the  premiere of Lunar Retreat at the 2026 Philadelphia Fringe Festival. This production will be installed in the Leonard Pearlstein Gallery at Drexel University in West Philadelphia. 

The following positions are currently available: Assistant Production Manager ($2,500 fee), Technical Director ($3,000 fee),  Assistant Stage Manager ($25/hr), and Overhire Crew ($25/hr).  

Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival (PSF) seeks Director of Development. Working closely with the Managing Director and Artistic Director, the Director of Development leads a two-person team to plan and implement fundraising strategies for the Festival raising over $1.1 million annually with increases in the coming years. Fundraising is accomplished through multiple avenues including solicitation of current and prospective individual and corporate donors, cultivation and stewardship, special events, foundation and government grants, government relations, and annual appeals.

Quintessence Theatre, now finishing its 16th season of producing epic, classic theatre in Northwest Philadelphia, seeks an Artistic Associate & Company Manager to join our team. The Artistic Associate and Company Manager reports to the Producing Artistic Director and provides support in the areas of casting, company management and producing. This is a part-time hourly position averaging 20 hours per week, with some night and weekend work required during production periods.

The position of Theatre/Musical Theatre Counselor is available for the 24h year of our Camp Ginkgo. This four-week arts and nature camp includes visual art, photography/poetry, and theatre. Teaching artists experienced working with children are encouraged to apply.

The Creative Content Associate creates and edits all print and digital content (social media, video, graphics) to promote Quintessence and its productions. This position works with the Artistic Director, Executive Director, Marketing Manager and Brand Manager to set the strategic vision and production of all visual and written materials across digital, print, and video platforms.
