We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Brand Marketing Manager who is highly organized, creative and has experience developing and executing brand strategies for premium, purpose-driven brands. The Brand Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in helping propel the Felt+Fat brand into its next chapter – by supporting our content, social and partnership strategies. This individual will work closely with our Founder, marketing, sales and production teams based in our Philadelphia studio, in addition to collaborating with external consultants, freelancers and partners. The Conservation Center for Art & Historic Artifacts (CCAHA) seeks a visionary and experienced leader to take the highly respected nonprofit cultural institution and its expert staff to a new level.

The Executive Director maintains and enhances CCAHA’s position as a leader in the conservation and preservation fields. Internally, the Executive Director is responsible for the management and oversight of all CCAHA operations and programming—providing strategic vision and leadership, ensuring the Center’s financial health and stability, sustaining the staff’s expertise, development, and productivity, and maintaining the high quality of services for which CCAHA is known. Externally, the Executive Director builds and strengthens partnerships and collaborative opportunities, advocates for excellence in the conservation and preservation fields, promotes the importance of conserving and preserving our cultural heritage, and expands the organization’s network and impact. The Executive Director is challenged to deepen CCAHA’s profile both locally—serving institutions, individuals, and communities in the Philadelphia area and the mid-Atlantic region—and nationally and beyond.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent people and organizational skills; is a strategic thinker; is familiar with the community of museums, archives, libraries, conservators, and private collectors; understands nonprofit funding and finances; understands CCAHA’s operations as both “mission” and fee-for-service “business”; can speak knowledgeably about trends and developments in the conservation and preservation fields; and is invested in furthering the Center’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA).

This full-time, salaried position is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and requires a modest level of national travel. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive benefits package. 

The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) is a 501(c)(3) organization created in January 2009, exclusively for the benefit of the City of Philadelphia and its citizens. The fundamental purpose of DRWC is to design, develop, program, and maintain public amenities such as permanent and seasonal parks, trails, and streetscape improvements to transform the Waterfront into a vibrant destination for recreational, cultural, and commercial activities for the residents and visitors of Philadelphia as is consistent with the goals of the Master Plan for the Central Delaware.

ABOUT THE JAMES A. MICHENER ART MUSEUM

In 1988, the James A. Michener Art Museum opened as an independent, non-profit cultural institution dedicated to preserving, interpreting, and exhibiting the art and cultural heritage of the Bucks County region. The museum is named for Doylestown’s most famous son, the Pulitzer-Prize winning writer who first dreamed of a regional art museum in the early 1960s.

The Vice President of Finance and Administration position reports directly to the President and functions as part of the Senior Leadership Team of the Alliance, working closely with Programming and Strategic Development leadership to achieve the Cultural Alliance’s strategic goals and to sustain our work. It is a highly visible leadership role in the arts and culture sector of Greater Philadelphia, acting as an ambassador, connector and resource. The key challenge of this position is to develop and implement the Cultural Alliance’s financial management strategy and overseeing the organization’s administration.

The VP, Finance & Administration will be responsible for the development of the Cultural Alliance’s financial management strategy to support attainment of its key strategic goals and long-term. In addition, this position will be responsible for the development and implement of sophisticated policies and procedures for both the finance and administrative/operational areas of the company. The VP, Finance & Administration will oversee the staff of the Finance Department and will indirectly supervisor the Administrative Assistant. 

Reporting to the COO, the Director of Finance will lead all day-to-day operations of the finance department, including budget development and analysis, accounting for investments, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, relationship management with banks and other vendors, and audit preparation. The Director of Finance will collaborate with a variety of internal constituents, including the CEO and Executive Director, COO, and department heads.

The Director of Finance will be charged with identifying new opportunities to improve efficiencies, eliminate backlogs, and respond proactively to other departments’ needs. They will need to analyze the existing processes and systems and work closely with the COO to streamline current systems, leverage new information technology, and establish standard operating procedures that provide maximum benefit to all parties involved.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Gift Planning, the Coordinator oversees the University’s management of trust, estate, and other legacy gift distributions through various administrative processes.  The incumbent will also be responsible for the University’s ongoing regulatory compliance with state registration and reporting requirements for soliciting donations and/or charitable gift annuities.  The incumbent will be responsible for various administrative duties -- including direct service to University donors from time to time -- related to the management of the University’s life-income gift program (charitable gift annuities and trusts), donated life insurance policies, and other Gift Planning program work and special initiatives.  Within the context of these duties, the Coordinator serves as the primary liaison at Temple with the University’s custodial bank for life-income gifts, members of the Temple Finance team, and the Office of University Counsel, among other departments.
