The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance was founded in 1972 and is one of the nation’s best-known and most effective arts service organizations.  We operate in five counties surrounding Philadelphia, and also serve southern New Jersey and Northern Delaware as part of our metropolitan region.  We have over 450 nonprofit and for-profit members, but the Alliance serves the entire cultural sector – over 1,500 performing arts, visual arts, history, science, horticulture, arts education, community art centers and other cultural organizations.

The Climate Justice Fund Program Associate will support Bread & Roses Community Fund’s Climate Justice Fund, which is being designed through a community-driven process in 2024 and will begin grantmaking in 2025. This position reports to the director of programs.

The Climate Justice Fund will move money to grassroots groups in the Philadelphia region (Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Camden counties), organizing to change the policies, practices, and processes that create and maintain climate injustices.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to all Museum visitors, will be knowledgeable about all Museum products including ticket sales, membership, discounts, and programs. Admissions Assistants serve as ambassadors for the Museum, greet visitors and answer questions about the Museum.

Duties:

The Development Director is responsible for overseeing the work of the Development Department and its staff. The work of the Department encompasses all contributed revenue functions of the organization including government, institutional, individual and corporate. The DD works closely with all director-level and executive staff as well as the Board of Directors and is responsible for prospecting, designing, evaluating and implementing our fundraising and cultivation strategies.

Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO), the Coordinator, Donor Services is responsible for the overall coordination, and management of the Development offices donor/prospect data base. This includes data entry, gift entry, reports, data base clean up, mailings to donors dependent on pledge reminders, and coordination of direct mail solicitations.

Riverbend Environmental Education Center seeks a Director of Operations to manage daily operations, facilities, HR, and budgeting, supporting the organization’s mission to advance environmental literacy through outdoor education. Key responsibilities include overseeing property maintenance, leading a major renovation, ensuring compliance with safety and HR standards, and working closely with the Executive Director and board to align operations with strategic goals.
