Reporting to the Director of Stewardship and Donor Relations, the Associate Director contributes to Institutional Advancement (IA) fundraising and engagement goals by developing and implementing stewardship processes that enhance the major and principal gift level donor experience and by evaluating major giving stewardship programming to ensure effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements, and assisting with implementation of enhancements. Within Temple’s hybrid centralized/decentralized advancement organization, the Associate Director collaborates with a broad range of advancement colleagues to manage and execute donor relations, recognition, and stewardship projects which help inspire a culture of Philanthropy at Temple.  Performs other duties as assigned.

The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance was founded in 1972 and is one of the nation’s best-known and most effective arts service organizations. We operate in five counties surrounding Philadelphia and also serve southern New Jersey and Northern Delaware as part of our metropolitan region.  We have over 450 nonprofit and for-profit members, but the Alliance serves the entire cultural sector – over 1,500 performing arts, visual arts, history, science, horticulture, arts education, community art centers, and other cultural organizations.

This entry-level position aids in the care of flat paper materials, which includes treatment for manuscripts, maps, ephemera, photographic materials, graphic works, and manuscripts on parchment.

The Delaware Museum of Nature & Science is proud to announce the opportunity for a qualified Guest Experience Manager to join our team.  The Museum is in the final phase of an exciting metamorphosis from the Delaware Museum of Natural History to the now-named Delaware Museum of Nature & Science that will re-open to the public in May 2022. Under the supervision of the Director of Business Operations, the Guest Experience Manager supervises and executes all aspects of the Museum’s Guest Experience Department, ensuring a welcoming and safe atmosphere for guests.

Position Overview

Joining a modest-but-mighty staff, the Director of Development will provide strategic leadership for all Hedgerow fundraising activities, including: individual and institutional giving; the 100th Anniversary campaign; major gift initiatives; and institutional grantwriting and reporting. Key Responsibilities

The Gift and Records Specialist is a key member of the Institutional Advancement department’s fundraising operation who supports alumni and donor relationships by ensuring the accurate management of gifts and pledges.  With limited supervision, the Gift and Record Specialist, working across multiple platforms and financial institutions, accurately and efficiently processes gifts and pledges for Temple University and its affiliate organizations.  

Arts Ed NJ is seeking an experienced professional to serve as its Executive Director. This leadership position provides the unique opportunity to bring people and organizations together and cultivate inclusive engagement to ensure equitable arts education across the state through the Arts Ed Now public campaign.
