The Lansdowne Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization whose mission is to celebrate the arts and creative small business as a catalyst to generate economic activity and encourage investment in the Lansdowne area. We do this through a variety of events and services for current and prospective businesses, as well as residents and visitors.

The Executive Director is the chief administrative officer responsible for leading the LEDC in achieving its mission and implementing the LEDC’s policies as defined by the Board of Directors.

The Grant Writer II is responsible for all aspects of grant activities in compliance with the organization and department goals and objectives. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive and aggressive program to generate grant support from existing sources and new opportunities via Feeding America, private/corporate foundations, federal and state programs, local municipalities, civic and religious groups, etc. 

The Curatorial Assistant and Administrative Coordinator is an invaluable member for the Curatorial Department who assists the Chief Curator and Curator with scholarly projects as well as a variety of project-related administrative tasks, including assistance in planning, research, organization and installation of exhibitions and exhibition-related performances, assistance with catalogs and other print and digital publications, writing didactic labels, press releases, and other copy, and key support of other curatorial projects.

The position of Manager of Music Education and Choral Operations at Philadelphia Boys and Girls Choirs (PBGC) is designed to support the planning and execution of the programs of PBGC which inspires young singers through world-class musical education and performances.

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing Rock to the Future’s in-school, out-of-school, and justice programs which serve 1,100+ children and teens annually. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer, works closely with the Chief Music Officer, Resource Development team, and Operations team, manages (2) Site Directors, our Youth Engagement Specialist, and lead MobileMusic and MusiCommunity program instructors, and acts as a primary contact for certain program partners.
