ABOUT PAFA

The Administration & Operations Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the organization by supporting the internal operations of the National Liberty Museum. This position will perform administrative functions across multiple departments, including payroll, HR, finance, development, and operations.   

Working with the Director of Museum Experience, they will coordinate hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees, as well as oversee day-to-day finance operations such as processing bi-weekly payroll, expense reports, credit card reconciliation and AP coordination, working with external vendors to maintain contracts, posting remote deposits, and recording contributions. They will also assist with operations functions such as opening and closing the building, point of sale reconciliation, and working programs and events when needed. 

The Media Theatre is seeking to fill its Head of Sound / Audio 1 Position primarily responsible for the live mixing of both large and small scale musicals. This is a full-time staff position which requires a candidate to be a resident of the community. This position is under an IATSE Local 8 contract.

The Museum for Art in Wood, the international leader for contemporary art and creativity in the material of wood, maintains a position for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Registrar.

The Registrar supervises collections care and management for the Museum’s permanent collection of artwork, its archives, and its library. Additionally, the Registrar works with exhibitions staff on temporary exhibition projects to coordinate loans of artworks, arrange object packing and shipping, manage installation and de-installation of exhibitions, conduct object condition reporting, and maintain files and documentation. The Registrar also supports and oversees the digitization of the collection, manages image requests and copyright or clearances, and works collaboratively with curatorial staff, conservators, and the entire Museum team.
