Purpose: Coordinates all Enrollment Management (Admissions and Continuing Education) on-campus and virtual events, guest visits, and group tours. Manages, trains and assigns work to the Student Ambassadors. Create and maintain events module in Slate to schedule individual and group tours, class visits, recruitment events, and portfolio reviews. Works closely with the Director to organize on campus recruitment events. Provides administrative support to the Enrollment Management department. Act as liaison to prospective students, parents, staff, faculty, current students and the college community.
Requirements:
- Event coordination experience required. Student management experience preferred.
- Experience working directly with youth and families.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with Customer Relation Management systems (CRM) and digital record keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak seasons (Fall and Spring).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with faculty, staff and the college community regarding enrollment-focused events, and is responsible for their successful execution. Coordinate’s activities and services with facilities and other departments regarding on campus events.
- Manages student ambassadors. Coordinates and trains student ambassadors to ensure that assigned duties are being completed timely and correctly. Coordinates and conducts monthly ambassador meetings with guest faculty speakers and staff to update and keep student ambassadors knowledgeable about the Moore experience.
- Manages and coordinates all daily campus tours, class visits, group visits, student visit programs, and special tours as requested.
- Organizes virtual and on-campus events, daily and group visits, in office CRM system Slate. Utilizes Slate Events module to schedule tours, appointments and campus visits for individuals and groups as requested. Provides weekly statistics on event and tour registrations based on historical data.
- Spearheads email communications to prospective students and their families regarding enrollment events, both on-campus and virtual via CRM Slate. Directs admissions counselors on additional personal reach-outs.
- Provides excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.
- Works closely with the Director on development and strategic directions for on-campus and virtual enrollment events.
- Provides administrative support and works closely with Enrollment Management Assistant and Director of Admissions for daily office functions.
- Coordinate and assist with Graduate Student recruitment events as needed with Assistant Director of Transfer and Graduate Admissions. Assist with graduate event planning, registrations, travel arrangements, and reimbursements.
- Other duties as assigned.
