Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm, occasional evening or weekend events related to their role. This is an onsite position.

Job Purpose:

The Grants Manager assists in the implementation of a comprehensive institutional fundraising program, securing restricted and unrestricted support from new and returning institutional donors, including foundations, corporate foundations, and government entities. Alongside the Director of Foundation Relations and Government Grants, this position works from an approved set of organizational fundraising priorities, including a wide range of education, exhibition, program, strategic priority, and endowment opportunities, among others. This position is responsible for the timely preparation and submission of successful grant proposals, with equal emphasis on the stewardship of foundation relationships and meeting all reporting requirements. In addition to overseeing a portfolio of assigned prospects, the Manager is responsible to identify and cultivate new funders to help the program fulfill its ambitious annual financial objectives. In addition, the Manager builds and maintains cross-departmental relationships to stay current with internal program developments and identifies viable institutional prospects to fund approved new initiatives. 

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, DELAWARE COUNTY YOUTH ORCHESTRAS

DCYOs seeks an energetic and self-motivated Director of Operations (DO). Reporting to the Executive Artistic Director and the Board, the DO is responsible for the overall management of the operations and logistics of the organization. This part time role averages 10-15 hours per week, with the bulk of activities during September to May and reduced hours in June to August. The Coordinator is an hourly part-time position and works collaboratively with the Director of the Kardon Center to be a resource to Kardon Center arts therapists, for program development, and for administrative management of the program. We are seeking a Coordinator who will also work clinically as a music or visual arts therapist in the program with a focus on serving our Medicaid clients. The Coordinator reports to the Chief Academic Officer and the Kardon Center for Arts Therapy Director and works closely with all Program Staff.

Spiral Q is seeking a part-time or full-time Partnership & Program Manager to join our small staff team from February-July 31st 2026, with the hope of extending this position pending funding. The person in this role is energized by working in and building relationships with a variety of community spaces (such as public schools, community centers and libraries) and their extended networks such as principals, site coordinators, teachers, parents/guardians, and students. With an eye for detail, an understanding of program management, and a passion for working with youth, this person is comfortable moving between tasks and collaborating across different departments working iteratively and collaboratively. This role will largely consist of program administration for Spiral Q’s SparQ youth arts education program is supported by and reports to the Partnerships & Program Director.
