The Science History Institute is recruiting for a full-time Event Coordinator for its Conference Center. The Conference Center Event Coordinator is responsible for client engagement, event planning, culinary services, room sets, event billing, and staff management. The Conference Center Event Coordinator will supervise a team of Conference Services Assistants to provide clients with high-quality executed events within its 13,500 sq. ft. Conference Center located in the beautiful Independence Hall historic area.

The Horticulture Apprenticeship is designed to prepare individuals with a strong passion for plants and their care for a career in public gardens. Working with a team of horticultural experts, Apprentices receive hands-on training in all aspects of garden management and care of the living collections, with specific emphasis placed on refining a wide range of practical horticulture skills.

This role is vital in helping us understand and improve the experiences of visitors with disabilities.
