The PHL Visitor Center Manager will lead a busy temporary (6-month) visitor center and Philly-centric gift shop in Terminal A-West of Philadelphia International Airport, greeting millions of travelers during the monumental global tourism events taking place in Philadelphia and across the Commonwealth in 2026. 

Total employment duration is May 1, 2026 - January 15, 2027.

Salary: $6,000 per month, to be paid out in bi-weekly payroll cycle

The Philadelphia Chamber Music Society (PCMS) presents an annual season of 100+ concerts and outreach events and has an annual operating budget of $2.2M. It shares its center city offices and some staff with Marlboro Music (a separate organization). The Museum Facilities Specialist is responsible under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager for providing a first-class experience to the Foundation’s visitors, guests, and employees by maintaining the Foundation’s building and grounds with continual care and maintenance.

Fleisher Art Memorial is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join the team that helps make sure all campus spaces are safe, clean and prepared for programs, classes and events.

NLArts is seeking Lead Teaching Artists to join our creative community for the 2026 Summer Camp season in Northern Liberties. The 8-session program serves students entering Kindergarten through 8th Grade, as well as high school aged Junior Counselors. Teaching Artists develop and lead creative arts projects and support outdoor programming in groups separated by age band. Each session theme aligns with NLArts’ Curriculum, encouraging expressive, interdisciplinary, and exploratory experiences.

The Shop Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily store operations at the Barnes Foundation and Calder Gardens. The position is responsible for the sales floor, the presentation of product, overseeing and fulfilling ecommerce orders, and the delivery of consistent and superior customer service. Work with Shop Manager to implement Shop policies and procedures and maintain a team-oriented environment that reflects the Foundation’s educational mission and core values.
