Play On Philly (POP) is a non-profit organization that provides daily, after-school music instruction to over 300 K-12 students. We work in communities that historically have had little or no access to formal music education.

Baldwin Fine Art & Residential, located just outside of Philadelphia, is seeking an experienced, part-time art handler and installer to join our team.

Baldwin has delivered top-rated fine art services to a wide range of clients — from private collectors and interior designers to museums, galleries, and institutions. Our team specializes in the professional handling, packing, installation, and transportation of artworks and high-value objects in both residential and commercial settings.

The VEA is responsible for ensuring an enjoyable, safe and meaningful guest experience in the Museum. At the front-line of museum engagement, VEAs are responsible for a broad range of activities, including: greeting and engaging with guests on entry, in exhibition and theater spaces; selling tickets and memberships; overseeing access control, monitoring guest compliance with Museum safety protocols and facilitating entry/egress from theaters and exhibit spaces; responding to questions and managing complaints.

Central Role:         The Artistic Operations Coordinator is the central office administrator for the Artistic and Production Departments concentrating on Artistic Operations financial management, contract management, company management, and department support

In collaboration with the Human Resources Department, establish onboarding procedures for all incoming Artistic Operations seasonal staff.

The Science History Institute is seeking a full-time Director of Accounting to plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the Institute’s accounting, audit, financial, and regulatory functions and systems. The Director of Accounting will support the Chief Financial Officer with systems and processes to manage the organization’s endowment and investment managers.

The Institutional Giving Coordinator will support the Museum of the American Revolution’s fundraising efforts by working closely with the Director of Development for Institutional Giving, Corporate Partnerships Manager, and Grants Officer to support the Museum’s strategic efforts to secure contributed revenue. The Institutional Giving Coordinator is also a primary liaison to ensure that the Development team is working in tandem with operations, marketing, education, and curatorial teams to support the Museum’s goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Function: The Guest and Protection Services Senior Specialist plays a key role in front-line operations by providing the team with constant visual surveillance information and access control to help provide an exceptional guest and staff experience, as well as to ensure the safety and protection of the art collection and the Foundation’s buildings and grounds. The Senior Specialist provides a best-in-class experience to every person who works in and visits our institution. This includes engaging guests in conversation about the art collection and the Foundations history, answering questions, enforcing rules, looking out for suspicious behavior, and maintaining the integrity of our back of house spaces and processes. Guest and Protection Services Senior Specialists are part of a team that are truly the face of the Barnes Foundation and work under the direction of the Assistant Director of Guest and Protection Services to ensure a visit to the Barnes is informative, friendly, respectful and safe.

The Audience Services Associate is responsible for providing superlative customer service to all guests by adhering to the Mission, Vision and Values of Ensemble Arts Philly. 

The Morris Arboretum & Gardens, which hosts over 100 rental events each year, is seeking a part-time (18-20 hours per week) Rental Coordinator to assist with all aspects of the Rental Program, including communication, client touring, event prep/support, and administrative tasks.
