Executive Assistant
Glen Foerd, a dynamic cultural institution committed to enriching our community through art and environmental education, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide organizational support to the Executive Director and contribute to the success of fundraising activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant cultural organization.
Position Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, correspondence, and other essential tasks. This position will also play a key role in supporting development efforts by maintaining accurate database records and coordinating communications with prospective donors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Range - $48,000 - $52,000 Annually & Healthcare Plan
