Youth Performance Institute
The Youth Performance Institute combines mentorship, coaching, character development, and technology to ensure kids of all backgrounds have the tools they need to overcome personal challenges, advance their talents, and live their healthiest and best lives. We are seeking to hire a new role for the organization that will oversee Curriculum and Education programs while fulfilling administrative needs of YPI. This position reports to the Executive Director, and its responsibilities are including but not limited to:
Education
- Works in conference with Executive Director and staff to research, plan, develop, and analyze YPI curriculum and education programs.
- Facilitate YPI education programs and provide training and support to YPI educators.
- Achieve customer success through educational cohort leadership.
- Provide product management through customer service of remote YPI education programs and products.
- Conduct outreach and recruitment activities for YPI.
- Coordinate education events including programming, travel, and asset management.
- Manage education strategic partnerships, including research and development, integration, expansion, and analysis.
Administrative
- Act as office manager for YPI, managing internal and external communications including YPI general email addresses and direct marketing email services.
- Oversee and manage internal and external calendars.
- Inventory and order supplies and swag as needed.
- Additional administrative duties as they arise.
This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Executive Director that is fully remote with minimal travel to the NY/NJ metro area for meetings and events. As such, ideal applicants should be accessible to NY/NJ metro area by car or train.
