HTFL seeks an enthusiastic professional to support the Library’s capital campaign. This is a two-year part-time position.  The Capital Campaign Coordinator will report to the Library Director and will execute administrative support and project management assistance of the HTFL’s capital campaign including marketing, donor research, fundraising event planning, grant writing, and other gift solicitation to properly execute the duties and tasks related to the campaign.

BASIC FUNCTION: The Special Events Coordinator is responsible facilitating the internal and external events for the Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art. Works in conjunction with the Senior Events Manager & Volunteer Administrator as well as the Director of Volunteers, Events & Café Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:                 

The Development Manager will be the primary fundraiser for the Art Center.  In conjunction with the Co-Executive Directors, they will be responsible for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of all donors, major gifts, annual giving, and corporate funding.

Girls First is a non-profit, tuition-free, out-of-school program for girls in grades one through four.  Its mission is to build character, instill a positive sense of self, and provide tangible life skills through a creative curriculum of arts exploration, academic reinforcement, and emotional learning. 

Reporting to the President & CEO, the Senior Director of External Affairs is a new position joining at Musicopia’s pivotal 50th Anniversary year and responsible for the development of marketing and fundraising strategies to grow the base of philanthropic support and increase public awareness of Musicopia and affiliate Dancing Classrooms Philly. The Senior Director will be a frontline fundraiser for the organizations, responsible for setting the organizations’ strategic fundraising agendas to achieve and exceed contributed revenue goals. The Senior Director will support the Board in its fiduciary role related to all fundraising and donor development activities and will build and manage the organizations’ identities and all aspects of marketing communication to raise awareness of the organizations and their programs.

Reporting to the Chair of the MLSN Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership, management, programmatic quality, budget oversight, and economic viability of MLSN. All other staff members report to the Executive Director.

STRATEGY and PLANNING

Working with the Board and staff, the Executive Director leads long-range visioning and strategic planning efforts. The Director is responsible for setting MLSN’s operational plans and reviewing the organization’s progress against plans.
