Heritage Conservancy seeks to hire a self-motivated, highly organized person who is an excellent
communicator, very personable, and passionate about educating others on the importance of our natural
and historic resources. The best candidate for this role will be able to coordinate educational programs for
all ages on a range of topics, be comfortable with public speaking (in-person and virtually), have strong
planning skills and excellent follow through, plus the ability to represent Heritage Conservancy well to the

The Program Manager analyzes, brainstorms, and builds frameworks around accessible arts programming ideas for Art-Reach’s Consulting Team. This position is grant funded through December 31, 2026. Working closely with the Consulting Team, the Program Manager examines client programming and provides frameworks and plans for how to adapt existing programs for our partners so that they are more accessible.

The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance seeks several surveyors to assist with surveying of performing arts audiences from November 2024 to March 2025.

Storybook actively seeks Non-Union professional actors/singers of every cultural background and ethnic heritage for the upcoming  2024-2025 season. All character types are encouraged. Daytime availability is required. Season's shows include "Snow White," Elves and the Shoemaker," and "Wizard of Oz." Auditions Saturday, Sept 21 and Monday, Sept 23.

PECO is seeking panelists to read and deliberate on grant applications for its 2024 grants program, PECO Powering the Arts.  Now, in its third year, this annual grant opportunity helps community-based arts and non-arts groups with funds for projects geared towards attracting new and diverse audiences by reducing barriers to their participation. PECO recognizes those arts organizations that seek to create equitable access to the arts through arts education, engagement, and participation-- all essential elements of enhancing the quality of our lives and communities.

Each year the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance seeks individuals to serve on Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts grant advisory panels. Panelists contribute artistic, administrative, educational, and operational perspectives in discussion and evaluation of grant applications.

As a volunteer panelist, you’ll have the opportunity to forge new connections with peers who share your passion for arts and culture while supporting your community. A vital voice in the decision making process, panelists get an up-close look at the grantmaking process and learn about the many creative ways artists and arts organizations are making a difference in the Greater Philadelphia region.

We are currently accepting applications for Creative Sector Flex Fund panels. Panels will be held virtually; there will be no in person meeting.

The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance seeks several surveyors to assist with surveying of arts and culture audiences through May 2023.

Surveyors will help to gather key data points (how much audiences spend, why they’re attending events, demographic information etc.) from audiences at arts and culture events in Greater Philadelphia. Data collected throughout this year will play an essential role in a nationwide research effort led by Americans for the Arts. Arts and culture organizations depend on that research, which is only possible through the work of the surveyors, to inform programming, operations, and most importantly, to secure funding for the vital work that they do.

Each year, we send artists to schools throughout the Delaware Valley for long-term, small group music instruction. The program could include: in-school student pull-outs, aiding an existing music teacher during class, or working after school with kids to hone and build music skills. Musicians of all stripes needed, but especially Brass, Woodwind, Guitar, Vocalists, and String instructors. Join our roster of talented artists and be ready to start school programs that fit your schedule. Rates from $30-$50 an hour based on experience.
