Title: Marketing Specialist

Commitment: 10-20 hours/week

This is a 5-month interim position that will begin in February and  end on the last day of our fiscal year (June 30, 2022) with the possibility for renewal. 

Philadelphia Women’s Theatre Festival (PWTF) is seeking a Website & Design Specialist to join their arts management team.  The Website & Design Specialist reports directly to the Marketing Manager.  This is an 8-month position (February 2022 – September 2022) with the opportunity to extend the contract.  This position offers a flexible schedule and requires approximately 10 hours of remote work per month, plus virtual staff meetings.  On-site availability is preferred for special events, as well as the 8th annual festival (August 4 - 7, 2022).  During the height of festival season (June through mid-August), monthly hours are expected to increase to approximately 10 – 15.  

Title: Production Manager 

Commitment: 35 hours/week

Salary: $40,000-42,000

Walnut Street Theatre, America's Oldest Theatre, seeks a Communications and Audience Engagement Manager.

Seeking AEA, EMC and Non-Equity Actor/Singers for 2021-2022 Seasson of 4 original musical for families.

The Artistic Programming Intern will assist the Programming Department in meeting the individual and logistical needs of presented and independent artists.

Responsibilities may include: Data entry, scheduling assistance, helping with building maintenance and general upkeep issues, coordinate and follow up with facility needs. Fielding ticket and membership inquiry calls; assisting with front of house operations at venues; coordinating volunteers for events; other administrative support as needed.

Dates: September - December

Hours: Minimum of 10 hours per week. Occasional evening hours may be required for events and meetings.

What is FEASTIVAL?:  Each fall for the past eleven years, the Philadelphia Fringe Festival has joined forces with Philadelphia’s world-class restaurants to present Audi FEASTIVAL, a benefit for FringeArts. 

The Podcast Production Intern will work with the Marketing and Communications Department to manage the research, production, post-production, and branding of the FringeArts podcast, Happy Hour on the Fringe, and other audiovisual needs.
