Job Description Summary: 

Walnut Street Theatre, America's oldest theatre, is looking for an experienced Head Carpenter for its scene shop.  WST produces a five-show main stage season consisting of three musicals and two straight plays, as well as a mainstage children’s series.  Primary responsibilities include: working with the Technical Direction team, IATSE crew, and apprentices to fabricate scenic elements, overseeing the build crew, and maintaining the shop and its equipment.  Applicants should be expertly skilled in scenic carpentry and be able to read and understand shop drawings and draftings. Understanding

A Tessitura CRM system is designed to fully integrate all aspects of an arts organization into one database, including ticketing, fundraising, memberships, marketing, reporting, customer relationship management, and web functionality.  The Tessitura Application Manager must work across all functions ensuring that cross-functional departments are represented and supported.

Position Summary

The Ticketing and Data Associate (Tessitura) reports to the Audience Engagement Manager and Marketing and Design Manager.  

The Ticketing and Data Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to The Wilma Theater’s guests and is the in-house Tessitura expert in Marketing and Front of House assisting the Marketing Department with list-building, reporting and other tasks that support outreach to our base of current, past, and potential patrons.

OVERVIEW

Predominantly inward-focusing position on the Ticketing Services team.  Primary focuses include managing Ticketing Services staff, assisting interdepartmentally and providing partial weekend coverage.

Compensation:  Base salary in low $50s, Benefit options, Eligible for annual bonus 

Job Reports to: Artistic Director 

The Technical Director coordinates all main stage and educational productions and events for Quintessence Theatre.  This position will be responsible for scheduling work calls, ordering supplies, and coordinating various production departments. This position hires the technical crew and works with the management team to make sure the technical elements of a show are completed safely, on time, and on budget. Night and weekend work is required during production periods.
