Responsibilities:

• Seek out and nurture grants for specific programs as well as entire operations.
• Coordinate donor campaigns and maintain donor relationships through an online database.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns supporting specific programs as well as the entire operation.

❖ Supply clearances to work within the Philadelphia School District.

❖ Attend PAEP professional development offerings.

Site & Times:

Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia seeks applicants for the position of non-AEA Stage Manager for WST for Kids production of A Christmas Carol. Rehearsals will begin November 21st and continue through tech until December 4th (Thanksgiving off). Performances (13 total) run December 6th through December 21st in the mornings. Applicants should have experience working in an educational setting with student performers and similarly sized musicals. Experience running tech and calling a show is required.

The full-time Sound & Projection Engineer (SPE) will work in the Center for Performing and Cinematic Arts (CPCA) serving the Temple University Theater Department and the Boyer College of Music and Dance/Opera productions by providing audio and projections support, and lighting area assistance as needed, for all main stage and student organization production seasons.

Join the Communications team in supporting the storytelling and public presence of The Philadelphia Orchestra. During your internship, you will contribute to year-long social media and public relations campaigns while gaining hands-on experience working for a major non-profit performing arts institution. 

This is an unpaid internship. 

Reporting to Penn Live Arts’ Director of Events and Guest Services, the Assistant Director of Venue Sales plays a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client experiences across PLA’s venues. With a strong focus on sales, business development, and client relationship management, this position is responsible for marketing, booking, and executing external rental events and internal University events. The Assistant Director will uphold the highest standards of customer care while overseeing event logistics, vendor partnerships, and client communications.

About this Position

Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the Theater Production Technician position. Reporting to the Director of the Montco Cultural Center, the Theater Production Technician is responsible for advancing and operating the sound/video/projection as well as implementing the lighting design for all Montco Cultural Center programming. This is a college-wide position, working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with some night and weekend hours required.
