Reporting to the Box Office Manager, the primary responsibilities include assisting patrons with purchasing single tickets and subscriptions over the phone, in person, and acting as a representative of the Box Office during performances. Candidate should have 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent telephone demeanor, and the ability to respond gracefully in high pressure situations.
