The Development Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the Museum’s fundraising operations, working closely with the Chief Development Officer to identify, cultivate, and secure funding from individuals, corporations, and foundations on behalf of the Museum. The Manager will provide administrative support to the Development team and oversee database management: recording donor interactions for the department, booking pledges and gifts, running reports and administrating stewardship of donors. Taking initiative, in collaboration with CDO and working across Museum departments, the Development Manager will be responsible for the organization and implementation of all fundraising and donor-related events.

POSITION SUMMARY:  The CY Librarian / Production Stage manager is a two part position, as Librarian serving as the main liaison between the CY Artistic Director and the conductors of each choir  to ensure that all printed music is distributed to all singers in each conductor’s choir to ensure that each choir transform singers’ lives through the power of song, and also serving as the Production Stage Manager for all CY Performances and major rehearsals for those events.

Commonwealth Youthchoirs (CY) is the 501c3 that administers six choral education programs for over 800 young people in the Greater Philadelphia Region: Keystone State Boychoir (KSB), Pennsylvania Girlchoir (PG), Garden State Girlchoir (GSG), New Jersey Boychoir (NJB), Find Your Instrument! (FYI!), an outreach program in underserved schools, and Musical Theater Geek Chorus (MTGC), CY’s newest program - for our musical theater fans!
