Summary

The Guest Services Manager for The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts reports to the Associate Director of Audience Experience. This position is a direct reporting manager for part-time, unionized usher staff at the organization’s three historic venues: the Kimmel Center, the Miller Theater, and the Academy of Music.

House Managers are the primary points of contact for audience members attending all performances and events at Drexel University’s Mandell Theater and URBN Annex Black Box Theater.  House Managers deliver exemplary customer service, while ensuring both the success of every event as well as the safety of patrons.

Theater Technicians play vital production roles on all performances and events at Drexel University’s Mandell Theater and URBN Annex Black Box Theater.

Theater Event Supervisors play a vital supervisorial, technical, and customer service role in the execution of all performances and events at Drexel University’s Mandell Theater and URBN Annex Black Box Theater. 

The Development and Programs Assistant will support the fundraising activities of the Rosenbach’s three-person Development team, which raises more than $1.4M annually. In addition, the incumbent will coordinate the logistics for all Development events, including Delancey Society and membership programs (4-5 annually) as well as the “Rosenbach Presents” public program series, a joint effort between Development and the Department of Collections Engagement. The position will support the Senior Director of Advancement in the planning and production of Rosenbacchanal, the Rosenbach’s annual benefit gala, which raises more than $370,000 to support the Rosenbach and its mission. This is a hybrid position that allows for 1-2 days of remote work per week as responsibilities allow.

The Communications and Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in advancing Germantown United CDC’s mission by managing external communications and leading outreach to both small businesses and residents in Germantown. This position blends strategic storytelling, neighborhood engagement, and event promotion to strengthen connections with local stakeholders and highlight Germantown as a vibrant, inclusive community. Please note, this position is contract funded by the City of Philadelphia’s Commerce Department.

Friends of Rittenhouse Square is looking for a Director of Development and Partnerships to further our fundraising efforts and build our team capacity. The Director will enhance existing relationships, manage fundraising events and socials, and extend our reach by developing creative partnerships with key stakeholders; furthering our mission to preserve, protect and beautify Rittenhouse Square. 

Each year, we send artists to schools throughout the Delaware Valley for long-term, small group music instruction. The program could include: in-school student pull-outs, aiding an existing music teacher during class, or working after school with kids to hone and build music skills. Musicians of all stripes needed, but especially Brass, Woodwind, Guitar, Vocalists, and String instructors.
