Position Summary:
The Philadelphia Sinfonia is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern for 10 hours per week for 5 months (or Spring Semester) to join our team. The intern will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the organization's growth.
Responsibilities:
Social Media and Brand Awareness: Manage and maintain our social media platforms, analyze performance metrics, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Data Collection: Create and implement surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools.
Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to identify trends, consumer opinions, and insights.
Reporting: Prepare performance reports and presentations to track campaign effectiveness.
Graphic Design: Design advertisements, promotional materials, and other visual assets.
Market Research: Conduct competitive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Campaign Preparation: Assist in preparing campaign materials and reports.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in a college or university program with a focus on marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience using social media platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and innovative thinking.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, and video editing.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with graphic design tools is preferred.
Some background in music preferred.
