West Park Cultural Center

The teaching artist afterschool opportunity in visual arts starts in October. Art mediums preferred are painting and drawing. The classes will run two times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 - 5:30 pm. West Park Cultural Center operates afterschool programming in West Philadelphia.

Please note: Pay is per class at $60 - $70, not per hour. Classes run 1.5 hours. Program participants will range in age from 10 to 13. Class size will be limited to 15.

Requirements:
Experience working with children and youth
Clearances (child abuse, criminal, FBI fingerprint)
Good energy and reliable

Education Level:

College or Meaningful Experience working with children in your arts field
