Quintessence Theatre Group (QTG) is Northwest Philadelphia’s classic theatre company in residence at the historic Sedgwick Theater in Mt. Airy. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Front of House and Hospitality Manager (FOHHM) to take proactive and proud ownership of the Front of House and Concessions functions, providing excellent patron experiences. 

The primary role of the FOHHM is to manage the patron experience once they have arrived at the theatre in coordination with the production team. The Sedgwick Theater is our home, and the FOHHM is the host and plays a key role in the patron experience.  This role works in close partnership with the Box Office Manager.  

Reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications.

The Pharmacy Museum Research Assistant supports the Marvin Samson Museum for the History of Pharmacy’s mission by conducting historical research, researching and cataloging the collection, assisting with exhibit development, and contributing to educational programming related to pharmacy history and practice. This role combines elements of museum work, pharmaceutical knowledge, historical research and scholarly work.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine with historical research in a museum setting, contributing to the preservation and interpretation of pharmacy history for public education and engagement.

This is a part-time position at about 20 hours/week. This position is effective for a one year term.
