The Evaluation Intern will support the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer and Director of Marketing and work closely with the Marketing, Education, and Visitor Engagement departments.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

Evaluation & Data Collection

Assist with the design and implementation of evaluation tools (e.g., surveys, observation protocols, interview guides).

Coordinate with external evaluation consultants as needed.

Support on-site and/or virtual data collection with visitors, participants, or staff.

Position Description:
The Digital Content Intern will report to the Social Media Manager and support the Communications department to support social media creation and execution and digital marketing needs.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

Assist the Social Media Manager with content ideation, development, scheduling, and production for organic social media.

Assist in staying up to date on digital trends, including gathering and building content for the Museum’s channels.

The Collections and Exhibitions Department is seeking to hire two currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students, or recent graduates, who will each complete a 15-20 hours per week internship during the summer of 2026. These interns will work collaboratively and each intern will spend one day a week focusing on exhibition development, particularly research and writing, and spend one day a week focusing on museum collections management and preservation. The Morris Arboretum & Gardens of the University of Pennsylvania, located in Chestnut Hill, is looking for an Event/Venue Supervisor to be the on-site manager for evening events during the remainder of the 2026 season.

The Print Center is looking to engage an in-person and part-time, temporary curatorial assistant primarily,
but not exclusively to support the upcoming exhibition, America Today. The Curatorial Assistant directly supports the Jensen Bryan Curator in preparing and mounting the exhibition, related events and a publication.

The Arts Administration Intern will work closely with the Managing Director to support the financial and administrative operations of the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in nonprofit arts administration, including budgeting, finance, human resources, facilities, and compliance. 

Responsibilities:

Merion Friends Meeting, a Quaker community established in 1682, seeks a part-time Community Engagement Coordinator to assist in growing attendance, diversity, and membership through sustained outreach and marketing efforts. In addition to outreach and marketing, the coordinator will help expand and coordinate the rentals of Friends Hall and will provide support for the Preservation Capital Campaign. Coordinator will help Merion achieve its goal of providing a well-grounded and embracing spiritual home for members of the Lower Merion and West Philadelphia community.

Andalusia is seeking House Guides who enjoy public engagement and have interests in American history, art, and architecture to lead tours of its historic mansion and check in visitors. Located just north of Philadelphia, the house sits on the Delaware River and is surrounded by acres of beautiful gardens. Some experience with tours or public speaking is preferred, but prior knowledge of Andalusia’s history is not required.

Afterschool Visual Art 

The winter/spring teaching artist afterschool position begins February 10th and runs to May 21st. Drawing and painting are the focus with the ability to incorporate other mediums. The classes run two times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 - 5:30 pm. West Park Cultural Center operates afterschool programming in West Philadelphia. Program participants range in age from 10 to 13 witha  class size of 15.
