Working within the Registrar’s Office, the Media Preparation Specialist is an important team member, responsible for collections care, including item-level check-ins and media preparation. This position offers the right candidate a unique opportunity to be immersed in a resource-rich environment at a fast-growing company. The position is first shift, 8am-4pm, M-F, 40/hrs week. Position Summary

The Ticketing and Data Associate (Tessitura) reports to the Audience Engagement Manager and Marketing and Design Manager.  

The Ticketing and Data Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to The Wilma Theater’s guests and is the in-house Tessitura expert in Marketing and Front of House assisting the Marketing Department with list-building, reporting and other tasks that support outreach to our base of current, past, and potential patrons.
