The Program Assistant serves as a public face for The Clay Studio (TCS), greeting and serving customers as they enter our retail shop and gallery and through phone and email communications.

Fleisher Art Memorial is seeking a full-time Visitor Services Coordinator to work 35 hours a week to support students, faculty members and visitors at our lobby entrance desks. The Visitor Services Manager serves as a friendly and professional ambassador for Fleisher, exemplifying qualities of reliability, quality customer service, organization, and efficiency to ensure that visitor’s needs are met with promptness and grace. This position has been recently updated to communicate Fleisher’s Community Health guidelines before allowing students and visitors to enter our building.

The Artistic Programming Intern will assist the Programming Department in meeting the individual and logistical needs of presented and independent artists.

Responsibilities may include: Data entry, scheduling assistance, helping with building maintenance and general upkeep issues, coordinate and follow up with facility needs. Fielding ticket and membership inquiry calls; assisting with front of house operations at venues; coordinating volunteers for events; other administrative support as needed.
