Our ideal admin candidate has a background in music or education, a passion for education and an organized nature. This role is a great fit for music educators, former educator/counselors with some music training, parents returning to the workforce or musicians with an administrative streak and a longing to make a positive difference in the world.

Your role
This role is part of our music administration "backstage team" that supports our busy Main Line students/families and our creative musical faculty. It is a combination of scheduling coordinator, detail detective, teacher mentor and relationship builder. As a backstage team member, you will be a maestro of first impressions, the composer of calendars/schedules and keeper of the rhythm: keeping the school running in time and in tune.
