The mission of PYO Music Institute’s (PYOMI) Tune Up Philly-Orchestral Pathways Program offers programming in under-served neighborhoods by keeping children engaged in success through weekday out-of-school hours music instruction.  Through its Tune Up Philly program, the PYOMI organization believes and demonstrates annually that music education is a powerful vehicle for children to master skills that will enable them to acquire valuable tools for cooperative learning, teamwork, academic success, and self-esteem.  

MusiCoLab seeks a part-time Managing Director (MD) to guide the organization through its next stage of development, overseeing daily operations, fundraising, and partnerships, while supporting the board and creative team in advancing the organization's mission.

MusiCoLab nurtures new musicals and the artists who create them, cultivating a vibrant community of Philadelphia-based writers and sharing their work with local audiences as part of the wider ecosystem of musical theater development. The Bearded Ladies Cabaret is looking for a Project Producer to join the team for our ongoing project Shavings. The Producer is the main person responsible for making sure a project happens in conversation with the artistic vision and the resources and timeline available. They are the liaison among partners, artists, staff, and production. They oversee all project documentation—including schedules, budgets, contact sheets, and contracts—while managing project logistics like action items, travel, permitting, and venue scheduling. This role is best suited for a highly collaborative person who is a direct communicator, comfortable with holding people accountable to their responsibilities and keeping a project moving on schedule and within budget. The Producer is also a dedicated partner to the Marketing and Production Departments, ensuring all public-facing information is accurate. This role reports primarily to the Artistic Director/Project Director. This role is currently a 25 hour a week role that scales up to full time during major productions.

The Bearded Ladies Cabaret is looking for an Operations and Facilities Coordinator to join our staff. The Operations and Facilities Coordinator will serve as the primary hospitality lead for all Bearded Ladies projects and events. They will manage Bearded Ladies box offices and support front of house needs. They will coordinate travel, housing, and on site hospitality for staff, artists, administrators, and technicians and will serve as the primary liaison between the Beards and various rental facilities including performance venues and rehearsal spaces. Part of the role will involve working alongside the Artistic Director and Staff Producer to scout potential venues. They will contribute to identifying and solving the administrative needs of a fast-moving production company.

We are seeking an Early Childhood Music Teacher for our Music Center location at KenCrest Early Learning Center West. This Teaching Artist works with the youngest POP musicians (ages 3-5) to hone their pre-instrumental music skills which will prepare them for playing an instrument in the years to come.

Founded in 1908 Settlement Music School, a non-profit organization, is one of the largest community schools of the arts in the United States serving children and adults of all ages at five branches in Pennsylvania located in South, West and Northeast Philadelphia, Germantown, Willow Grove, and its virtual branch, Settlement Music Online. Settlement is looking for a full-time Student Services Associate at our Willow Grove Branch. The Student Services Associate is the first to greet our students, families, and teachers, and must provide exemplary customer service. They also help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring the entrance doors, directing visitors to appropriate areas of the branch, maintaining guest logs, and notifying appropriate staff or teachers of arrivals, student absences, etc. Further, they maintain a working knowledge of all branch offerings and programs, and answers questions in a prompt and welcoming manner.  Other duties include general office administration, such as taking payments from students and data entry as well as calendar management for branch leadership.
