Tempesta di Mare is seeking a part-time project manager to assist in the planning and production of a multi-event performance and public engagement project, Hidden Virtuosas – music by and for the extraordinary female musicians of baroque Venice, that will take place in Philadelphia in Fall 2025. The job is open now and funded through December 2025, with the potential for an extension through June 2026 or later.

Philadelphia Baroque Orchestra Tempesta di Mare has an immediate opening for an energetic part-time staff member to manage and execute a multi-faceted marketing plan and provide administrative and patron support for our concert series in Philadelphia. The position works closely with other staff to ensure efficient and effective operations with an eye towards increasing revenues and impact. Beginning in March 2025 the Coordinator of Marketing and Administration will also be an integral part in a consultancy and implementation program with arts-access organization ArtReach.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Strings Instructor to join our team! The ideal candidate will specialize in violin, viola, or cello and have basic proficiency in at least one other string instrument. Instructors will teach private lessons tailored to each student’s needs and skill level, helping them build their confidence, technique, and love for music. 

If you can also teach piano (even at a beginner level) or any other instrument, it would be a highly valued addition to your role as an instructor.

Girls First is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, compassionate, and reliable individual for immediate hire to complete a part-time 5-month Teaching Artist Apprenticeship Program over the course of the remaining school year.

The Administrative and Recital Operations Manager is responsible for academic degree and non-degree performance operations for the Boyer College of Music and Dance. Oversees all music recital operations, tracking of student preparation materials, management of adjudication process for degree recitals, and publishing programs. Instructs the recital attendance (MUSC 1000) course. Hires, trains and oversees a team of 15-20 student performance staff (recital monitors) to ensure quality performance support. Hires, trains and oversees a team of 5-10 student workers to support Rock Hall.
