Montgomery County Community College

Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the Front of House Coordinator position. This position reports to the Theater Manager in the Montco Cultural Center. The Front of House Coordinator is responsible for event needs such as box office, concessions, ushers & volunteers, and communications for all Montco Cultural Center programming. This is a college-wide position, working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with some night and weekend hours required.

*This position requires the PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances to be completed prior to the first day of employment. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education/Training/Work Experience:
  • Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Work experience in Hospitality Management, Theater/Front of House Management, Tourism and Hospitality required.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
