Volunteer and Community Outreach Manager

This is a full-time salaried position with a benefits package that includes vacation, health, dental, vision and retirement; position reports to the Director of Communications. The salary range for this role is $37,000 - $50,000 per year.

This is a hybrid position with a typical schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home. All employees are welcome to work from the office five days a week if preferred.

The Event Supervisor handles all issues with the facility that may arise during the event. At the end of the night, the Event Supervisor locks up and ensures that the mansion and grounds are closed. Because the Event Supervisor is the only Glen Foerd staff on-site during evening events, he/she must be reliable, independent, and have a strong attention to detail. As the manager on-site, the Event Supervisor ensures that the rental client, catering staff and all third-party vendors always adhere to Glen Foerd’s policies and procedures, including clean-up and noise level requirements. As such, Event Supervisors must be self-confident and comfortable addressing issues directly.
