Primary Function: The AED Administrative and Programs Coordinator provides administrative support for the Fleischner Family Deputy Director for Community Engagement and plays a critical role in supporting Community Engagement and Public Programs efforts through scheduling, vendor/partner management, and day-of event support for our suite of public facing programmatic offerings on the Parkway and in-community.    

Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $46,000.00 Annually

Position Summary

The Ticketing and Data Associate (Tessitura) reports to the Audience Engagement Manager and Marketing and Design Manager.  

The Ticketing and Data Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to The Wilma Theater’s guests and is the in-house Tessitura expert in Marketing and Front of House assisting the Marketing Department with list-building, reporting and other tasks that support outreach to our base of current, past, and potential patrons.
