Overseeing the Dock Hands, Dock Supervisors are responsible for meeting all waterfront staff expectations, following all waterfront procedures and enforcing all waterfront policies. Dock Supervisors are ultimately responsible for ensuring that proper safety protocol and visitor assistance are provided during waterfront programs. Dock Supervisors most often work shifts during Paddle Penn’s Landing, but can also be scheduled for private boat rentals, water clean-ups, environmental educational opportunities, summer camps and other special events.
