Primary Function: The Guest and Protection Services Senior Specialist plays a key role in front-line operations by providing the team with constant visual surveillance information and access control to help provide an exceptional guest and staff experience, as well as to ensure the safety and protection of the art collection and the Foundation’s buildings and grounds. The Senior Specialist provides a best-in-class experience to every person who works in and visits our institution. Summary:

This position is responsible for protecting, safeguarding, and securing assets, staff, patrons, and all visitors at Ensemble Arts Philly while under the direct supervision of a Security Supervisor or Security Manager. The officer also engages with the public, artists, staff, and guests, supporting their experiences and meeting their objectives through customer service at a high level.

The Ticketing and Data Associate (Tessitura) reports to the Audience Engagement Manager and Marketing and Design Manager.  

The Ticketing and Data Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to The Wilma Theater’s guests and is the in-house Tessitura expert in Marketing and Front of House assisting the Marketing Department with list-building, reporting and other tasks that support outreach to our base of current, past, and potential patrons.
