Primary Function:  The Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for the development and marketing of a robust group sales tour program at the Barnes Foundation and at Calder Gardens. Duties include growing a diversified pool of tourism industry and group tour networks with an eye toward premier pricing opportunities, oversees the group inquiry and booking process as well as the onsite experience, stewarding group leaders to promote repeat visitation. This position also establishes and maintains relationships with peer cultural institutions, group sales vendors, hospitality and conference venues, and tourism organizations to position the Barnes and Calder Gardens as compelling destinations for a wide range of audiences.  The coordinator is responsible for forecasting and achieving budgeted revenue goals from group visitation and developing new group tour and other admissions-related business opportunities. In addition, this position works with the Director of Dining and Events and the Foundation’s food service provider to design food service offerings for groups who visit the Foundation.   This position works closely with the events, sales, and GPS management teams.

Primary Function: The Membership Coordinator supports the membership program in acquiring, renewing, upgrading and stewarding members at all levels. The coordinator is responsible for communicating with members, and providing customer service including payments, exclusive programs and tours, and other stewardship opportunities. The coordinator will work closely with the Director of Membership and Senior Membership Coordinator to launch the membership benefits at Calder Gardens in 2026 and support the existing member benefits program at the Barnes.

The Pharmacy Museum Research Assistant supports the Marvin Samson Museum for the History of Pharmacy’s mission by conducting historical research, researching and cataloging the collection, assisting with exhibit development, and contributing to educational programming related to pharmacy history and practice. This role combines elements of museum work, pharmaceutical knowledge, historical research and scholarly work.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine with historical research in a museum setting, contributing to the preservation and interpretation of pharmacy history for public education and engagement.

This is a part-time position at about 20 hours/week. This position is effective for a one year term.

The Manager of Interpretation and Engagement is responsible for managing all of Wyck’s public programs, including History Hunters, public festivals, tour groups, and open hours.  The position includes adherence to Wyck’s interpretive mission, staff and volunteer coordination for programs, and evaluation.  The Manager of Interpretation and Engagement will attend meetings of the Collections Committee, Development Committee, Membership & Visitation Committee, and Young Friends of Wyck.

The Manager of Interpretation and Engagement will also work with the Executive Director, Development Committee, and other staff and volunteers to implement various aspects of Wyck’s annual fundraising efforts.

Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site (ESPHS) seeks outgoing, engaging and passionate people for the position of Night Tours Educator. This position greets and directs visitors and supports hands-on programming that encourages reflection on the penitentiary's history and legacy of criminal justice reform. Activities and tours aim to prompt conversation on issues of justice today.
