If so, the National Liberty Museum is hiring a Manager of Public Programs. You will be on point for this indispensable part of our interpretive offerings. You will be an excellent organizer, pay close attention to detail, and have strong people skills. You will be comfortable liaising with people from across the political spectrum, be intellectually curious, and not shy away from difficult conversations. Visitor Experience Assistants (VEAs) welcome visitors to the Museum and engage with children and families in the exhibits, facilitating positive play-based learning experiences. Visitor Experience Assistants provide customer service throughout the Museum floor through their knowledge of daily programming, Museum exhibits, ticketing/membership offerings, and wayfinding.

The Audience Engagement Program Coordinator provides logistical, creative and administrative support to the Audience Engagement (AE) team.  The employee is responsible for supporting Audience Engagement events from concept to execution, including research related to event concepts, creation and implementation of new programs, administrative and logistical tasks associated with all aspects of an event, setup and breakdown and on-the-ground event support.
