The Betsy Ross House, located at 239 Arch Street, is seeking an energetic part-time House Guide for the 2026 season (March–October). As one of Philadelphia’s most visited historic attractions, the House welcomes over 200,000 visitors each year. Our team is responsible for creating a positive, engaging experience for every guest.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM or 9AM-5PM with a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch. Occasional early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Duration: Seasonal with possible extension

Woodmere Art Museum seeks a creative individual to help shape meaningful museum experiences for young audiences. Working closely with the Curator of Education, this role sustains existing programs and develops new engaging school programs that connect students with the art and artists of Philadelphia through inquiry, conversation, and hands-on learning. The Assistant Curator plays a central role in designing tours, educational materials, and classroom connections that make the museum a dynamic space for discovery across Smith Hall and Maguire Hall.

Arch Street Meeting House Preservation Trust (ASMHPT) seeks a Visitor Services Associate to provide visitor services and operations assistance at Arch Street Meeting House.

 This is a part-time (roughly 19 hours per week) hourly and nonexempt position. This position reports to the Museum and Education Manager of ASMHPT. Pay rate is $20.00/hr. This is a seasonal position, filled during the times the museum is open to the public and available for rentals from April-December, with flexibility on weekends and evenings to assist with rentals and programs.

The Pennsbury Society (501 C 3) at Pennsbury Manor Historic site seeks qualified applicants for our entry level Museum Assistant position.  Duties involve providing school and daily tours, front desk operations, light custodial and office work, and serving as part of a team at this accredited museum. Applicants should have a degree in a related field (such as History or Education) or comparable experience. This position is full-time and paid through the Pennsbury Society. Benefits are included as well as paid vacation and sick leave.

The Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Independence Historical Trust. Working closely with the Director of Operations and Programs and Outreach Coordinator, this role is essential to maintaining efficient office operations and supporting the Trust’s administrative and programmatic needs.
