Lead Teaching Artists (Summer Camp)
NLArts is seeking Lead Teaching Artists to join our creative community for the 2026 Summer Camp season in Northern Liberties. The 8-session program serves students entering Kindergarten through 8th Grade, as well as high school aged Junior Counselors. Teaching Artists develop and lead creative arts projects and support outdoor programming in groups separated by age band. Each session theme aligns with NLArts’ Curriculum, encouraging expressive, interdisciplinary, and exploratory experiences.

Assistant Manager, Play Operations
The Assistant Manager, Play Operations serves as the museum’s daily Manager on Duty (MOD) and is responsible for the successful oversight of museum floor operations. The Assistant Manager will work across departments to ensure high-quality playful visitor experience and excellent customer service to all museum visitors. This position will coordinate play and family experiences in museum exhibits and programming spaces, oversee daily floor operations, and be responsible for scheduling floor coverage and other administrative duties in the Museum Learning department.

MusiCoLab seeks a part-time Managing Director (MD) to guide the organization through its next stage of development, overseeing daily operations, fundraising, and partnerships, while supporting the board and creative team in advancing the organization's mission.
MusiCoLab nurtures new musicals and the artists who create them, cultivating a vibrant community of Philadelphia-based writers and sharing their work with local audiences as part of the wider ecosystem of musical theater development. Established as a nonprofit organization in 2023, MusiCoLab has built a strong reputation through programs such as the MusiCoLaboratory, Spotlight Series, and New Work Showcase. The organization is entering a period of growth — building leadership capacity, strengthening fundraising, and deepening its presence within Philadelphia's creative community.
Community Engagement Teaching Artist
Community Engagement Teaching Artists are responsible for providing arts education during a Claymobile residency, workshop, or event. Duties include gathering and loading supplies for the class into the Claymobile van, organizing supplies while at the site, doing demonstrations, instructing and aiding students one-on-one, and cleaning up/loading supplies back into the van at the end of class. A qualified candidate will be comfortable working with students of all ages from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds and will be interested in the arts and education.

Project Producer
The Bearded Ladies Cabaret is looking for a Project Producer to join the team for our ongoing project Shavings. The Producer is the main person responsible for making sure a project happens in conversation with the artistic vision and the resources and timeline available. They are the liaison among partners, artists, staff, and production. They oversee all project documentation—including schedules, budgets, contact sheets, and contracts—while managing project logistics like action items, travel, permitting, and venue scheduling. This role is best suited for a highly collaborative person who is a direct communicator, comfortable with holding people accountable to their responsibilities and keeping a project moving on schedule and within budget. The Producer is also a dedicated partner to the Marketing and Production Departments, ensuring all public-facing information is accurate. This role reports primarily to the Artistic Director/Project Director. This role is currently a 25 hour a week role that scales up to full time during major productions.
