The Senior Floor Manager oversees the daily guest experience, ensuring every visitor is welcomed, oriented, safe, and emotionally engaged. This role leads all front-line teams—ticketing, retail, security, maintenance, performers, and interns—to deliver a seamless, “show-ready” environment where timed-entry flows smoothly, bottlenecks are minimized, and issues are resolved quickly and professionally. This position sets clear service standards, conducts training, and fosters a culture of hospitality and awe. They enforce safety and security protocols, manage incident response and documentation and coordinates closely with facilities and technical teams to maintain exhibit readiness. Through consistent reporting and continuous improvement informed by guest and staff feedback, the Senior Floor Manager ensures the experience is organized, magical, and consistently high-quality.

Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) availability is required.

The position of Theatre/Musical Theatre Counselor is available for the 24h year of our Camp Ginkgo. This four-week arts and nature camp includes visual art, photography/poetry, and theatre. Teaching artists experienced working with children are encouraged to apply.
