General Manager

Arden Theatre Company, an award winning professional theatre in Philadelphia, seeks an experienced manager to oversee the company’s daily operations.   Responsibilities include the management of the Arden’s facilities, which includes three buildings and three theatres, department and project budgets, contracts, front of house, information technology and human resources.  Candidates must be resourceful, flexible and a team player.  This senior management position requires a minimum 5 years’ experience, knowledge of the theatre industry, strong oral & written communication skills, negotiation & contracting skills, computer skills, and proven strategic leadership.
