Summary:

This position is responsible for protecting, safeguarding, and securing assets, staff, patrons, and all visitors at Ensemble Arts Philly while under the direct supervision of a Security Supervisor or Security Manager. The officer also engages with the public, artists, staff, and guests, supporting their experiences and meeting their objectives through customer service at a high level.

Brief Job Overview/Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of the Stockton University Performing Arts Center (SUPAC), the Technical Coordinator oversees technical aspects of the Theater Program within the School of Arts and Humanities (ARHU) as assigned. This position works collaboratively with other Technical Coordinators to organize assigned work, develop appropriate methods for meeting goals and objectives, and design and implement improvements to support the diverse needs of the SUPAC, including mainstage performances, performing arts programs, educational programs, outreach initiatives, university events, and venue rentals. The Technical Coordinator may work in venues such as the Performing Arts Center, Experimental Theater, Campus Center Theater, and Alton Auditorium.

The Technical Director is responsible for supervising all technical needs for shows presented by
FringeArts on and off site. The Technical Director works closely with all production team
members and reports directly to FringeArts’ Director of Production.

The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for assisting FringeArts’ Director of Production
and other Production and Front of House staff with ensuring smooth operations for shows
presented by FringeArts on and off site. The Assistant Production Manager works closely with
all production team members and reports directly to FringeArts’ Director of Production.

A Tessitura CRM system is designed to fully integrate all aspects of an arts organization into one database, including ticketing, fundraising, memberships, marketing, reporting, customer relationship management, and web functionality.  The Tessitura Application Manager must work across all functions ensuring that cross-functional departments are represented and supported.
