The Ticketing and Data Associate (Tessitura) reports to the Audience Engagement Manager and Marketing and Design Manager.
The Ticketing and Data Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to The Wilma Theater’s guests and is the in-house Tessitura expert in Marketing and Front of House assisting the Marketing Department with list-building, reporting and other tasks that support outreach to our base of current, past, and potential patrons.
Predominantly inward-focusing position on the Ticketing Services team. Primary focuses include managing Ticketing Services staff, assisting interdepartmentally and providing partial weekend coverage.
The Technical Director coordinates all main stage and educational productions and events for Quintessence Theatre. This position will be responsible for scheduling work calls, ordering supplies, and coordinating various production departments. This position hires the technical crew and works with the management team to make sure the technical elements of a show are completed safely, on time, and on budget. Night and weekend work is required during production periods.
PECO is seeking panelists to read and deliberate on grant applications for its 2024 grants program, PECO Powering the Arts.
