The National Liberty Museum seeks an experienced marketing and professional to lead the planning and execution of an integrated strategy that elevates the Museum’s voice, strengthens its brand identity, and—most critically—drives attendance, participation, and revenue growth.

Reporting to the President and CEO, the Director of Marketing & Communications will serve as the central hub for NLM to integrate consistent messaging across all channels and be the communications strategist. They will collaborate across all Museum departments to create compelling collateral, increase sales and fundraising results, and coordinate internal and external marketing efforts, whether managed in-house or through third-party providers. Project Overview
Founder’s Hall Museum at Girard College is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to serve as a Project Archivist on a 9-month contract basis. The selected contractor will survey, inventory, and begin processing a large collection of archival records related to the history of Girard College.

The National Liberty Museum’s Visitor Services Representative provides support for all aspects of the visitor experience. The position will also provide support when needed in administrative, special events and operations departments. The Visitor Services Representative works collaboratively with the Manager of Visitor and Member Services and VS team to achieve its strategic, operating, and revenue objectives. This is a great position for recent graduates hoping to get experience in museums.

Donor Relations Coordinator

Position Summary

The Museum for Art in Wood seeks a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Donor Relations Coordinator to support our fundraising, donor engagement, and communications activities. Reporting to the Director of Outreach and Communications and supporting the Chief Curator and Executive Director, this role helps strengthen relationships with individual donors, coordinates donor communications and events, manages data in the CRM system, and provides administrative support for development initiatives.
