BalletX seeks creative, passionate, and highly motivated dance Teaching Artists for its in-school education program, Dance eXchange, in the 2023-2024 school year.

Under the supervision of Fleisher’s Manager of Children & Youth Education, the Summer Camp Coordinator provides logistical support for Fleisher’s 2023 Summer Camp and After Camp Club. During the term, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM this position will provide support during lunch, class transitions, and class activities. From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM this position be the point person and administrator of the “After Camp Club” for campers staying until 5:30 PM.  

This position requires a highly organized person with experience working with children 5 - 12. The ideal candidate would have excellent visitor service skills as well as a flexible working style. This position would work onsite from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, from June 5 to July 28. This includes a mandatory training session for staff and faculty on Wednesday, June 14 from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

PlayArts is seeking teacher candidates for our school-age PlayLoud AfterSchool program for the 2023-24 school year. Our program takes places offsite in 3 locations in Fishtown: Adaire Elementary, Hackett Elementary, and Moffet Elementary.

Historic Fair Hill is a nonprofit that stewards a 5 acre site, supports community revitalization projects, and serves as a school partner in the School District of Philadelphia.

Each year, we send artists to schools throughout the Delaware Valley for long-term, small group music instruction. The program could include: in-school student pull-outs, aiding an existing music teacher during class, or working after school with kids to hone and build music skills. Musicians of all stripes needed, but especially Brass, Woodwind, Guitar, Vocalists, and String instructors. The Box Office Supervisor is a part-time position (approximately 15-30 hours per week) and is responsible for providing excellent customer service and fostering a professional atmosphere within the Box Office. The position will be required to manage the box office during show times on a rotational basis.

Settlement is looking for a part-time Student Services Assistant at our Kardon Northeast Branch. The Student Services Assistant is the first to greet our students, families, and teachers, and must provide exemplary customer service. They also help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring the entrance doors, directing visitors to appropriate areas of the branch, maintaining guest logs, and notifying appropriate staff or teachers of arrivals, student absences, etc.
