The Visitor Services Retail Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Retail Manager in delivering world class visitor services at the Parkway Visitor Center. This position supports the Retail Manager in ensuring effective and efficient retail operations at all Philadelphia Visitor Center locations, including The Parkway, City Hall, and LOVE Park.
Greeter, Dickens Village & Wanamaker Light Show (Temporary/Seasonal)
The Greeter is responsible for welcoming visitors to the holiday attractions at Wanamaker Light Show and Dickens Village, a seasonal attraction that will operate from November 29 – December 24, 2025. The Greeter will welcome visitors to the experience, manage check guest check in, collect donations, and manage crowd flow. Hours: 11:30 am – 8:30 pm daily.

Community Archivist, The Graterford Archive
The Community Archivist for the Graterford Archive will manage all aspects of implementing a digital archive for this multi-year, Mellon-funded freedom-seeking project. The Community Archivist will also work closely with currently incarcerated partners and community groups.
