Development Assistant
FWM seeks a Development Assistant who will be responsible for operations and donor relations functions to support Development department initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Development, this position will support building funding support, maintaining clear and accurate donor files, and providing excellent donor relations.
Director for Youth Musical
Yes! And…Collaborative Arts Winter Sort of Thing program gives kids the opportunity to be part of a full-length Yes! And… original musical production with professional theater artists. This position will begin in early October with weekly classes and workshops to introduce cast members to the process, the play and skills they will need. We move into the rehearsal process in Mid-November with rehearsals in evenings and on weekends through February. The show will be performed at the Venice Island Performing Arts Center in Manayunk on February 20th-23rd, 2025.

Project Archivist
The Science History Institute is recruiting for a full-time (35 hours per week) limited-duration (three years) Project Archivist. The Project Archivist will arrange, describe, and preserve the items within the Dow Historical Collection, which comprises more than 400 feet of business records, advertisements, oral histories, and photographs. The Project Archivist will also assist with the curation of library displays and exhibits related to the Dow Historical Collection.

This position assists with administrative and customer service duties for Groups, Events and Guest Support. Working to ensure a high level of customer service, this position responds to general inquiries by email and telephone, assists with ticketing issues and questions, and offers support for group tours and facility rentals. This position supports the administrative staff by posting the daily schedules for each meeting room, overseeing the meeting room (virtual and onsite) schedules, ordering, inventorying and stocking office supplies and maintaining the copy machine.
