The CDP Reports Orientation will give an overview of the CDP’s powerful reporting tools and is most useful for organizations that have already completed a Data Profile.

The CDP’s trend and comparison reports can help you make operational decisions, build the case for support, and facilitate long-term planning.  This orientation will walk you through the navigation of the website’s reporting features and will give examples of how you might integrate CDP reports into your organizational management. Please feel free to attend this session with more than one representative of your organization, including your executive director, your development director, or program staff. Since this is not a hands-on session, you do not need to bring your laptop or financial statements.

Refreshments will be served.

New User Orientation, Pennsylvania Cultural Data Project

Learn the basics of participation in the Cultural Data Project. The CDP New User orientation will walk you through the process of completing your Data Profile, applying to participating grantmakers, and generating reports.

This orientation is recommended if your organization is new to the CDP, or if you need a refresher on using our online system. Please feel free to attend this session with more than one representative of your organization, including your executive director, your development director, or program staff. The CDP’s New User orientation session for small organizations will provide you with an overview of the history and goals of the project, an introduction to the types of data collected, and tips for how to get started completing your Data Profile or using the CDP’s reporting features.

This session, tailored toward leaders of small to mid-sized arts organizations, is a great way to get the most from the CDP; please feel free to attend with more than one representative of your organization, including your executive director, your finance manager/bookkeeper, your development director, or a board member.
