Keeping your 501(c)(3) Status: What Nonprofits Need to Know Directly from the IRS - Sept. 13

As a nonprofit, few things are more critical to your ability to operate than preserving your tax-exempt status. We invite you to attend a full-day workshop for nonprofit staff as well as accountants and attorneys, presented by specialists from the IRS on what 501(c)(3) organizations must do to ensure retention of their tax-exempt status.

Interview Like A Superstar

Your heart is pounding and your mouth feels like cotton. You hate interviews! You're not alone. This course teaches you how to present yourself in a confident, self–assured manner. Learn how to prepare for upcoming job interviews. Develop answers for frequently-asked interview questions. Pick up effective techniques for handling unexpected questions or comments. Find out how your body language can work for—or against—you. Learn how to effectively close a job interview and ask for the job. This interactive course is highly hands–on. Participants work in groups to increase their interview skills. Instructors have successfully worked with job candidates to fine–tune their interviewing skills and increase their ability to secure the jobs they want.
