Informative session - Arts Management Fellowship program
The Kennedy Center Arts Management Institute, KCAMI Fellowship alumna Kim Cook, and the Philadelphia office of Nonprofit Finance Fund, invite you to an informative session about the 2010-2011 Arts Management Fellowship program.
The Kennedy Center Arts Management Institute Fellowship provides a unique opportunity for 10 mid-career arts managers to receive academic training and practical work experience at the Kennedy Center. Fellows study with senior staff in weekly seminars (strategic planning, development, finance, and marketing), and complement that study with practical work rotations in three departments. Please visit the Arts Management Institute Web site for more information.
The full-time program begins in September 2010 and runs through May 2011. A $20,000 stipend and health insurance reimbursement are provided.

MarketingCamp Philly
What is MarketingCamp?
MarketingCamp Philly is the first event of its kind in the United States. It is a semi-conference style, semi-BarCamp style event intended to bring together online and offline marketers in an environment where there is no digital divide.
What is a BarCamp?
According to Wikipedia, a BarCamp is “…an international network of user generated conferences—open, participatory workshop events, whose content is provided by participants…”
So what should you expect?
You should expect a predetermined morning schedule full of engaging speakers discussing all aspects of both traditional and digital marketing, PR, and advertising.
In the afternoon, we go BarCamp style. During the lunch break, attendees will be encouraged to post sessions and discussions they would like to lead on the schedule board.
