Excel Introduction
Budgets, donations, time sheets, oh my! Learn how to use a spreadsheet to perform calculations and keep your data organized. Students will gain hands-on experience setting up a spreadsheet, entering data, creating formulas to perform calculations, and formatting the sheet for printing.
Outlook Introduction
Learn how to use Outlook to create, send and manage email messages; manage your schedule using the calendar feature; keep contact information in a convenient place, and create to-do lists with reminders all from one program
HTML Introduction
Take control of your website! Do you need to change content on the website? Add or remove events? Add a photo, post an employment opportunity, appeal to donors? Learn how to create basic web pages using HTML, the building block of the web. Students will complete hands-on exercises to create web pages with text and graphics, create links to other pages, add and change colors and features.
Excel Intermediate
Students who have a basic understanding of spreadsheets will learn how to perform more advanced formulas and functions, use the sorting and filtering features, manage worksheets, and apply more formatting.
Word Intermediate
Add some pizzazz to your Word documents with borders, bullets and graphics. Organize data using tables, tabs and columns. Finally, send documents to multiple recipients using mail merge.
