Ask an Expert: Lawyer Got Legal Questions? We've got Answers - Dec. 8

Praveen Kosuri and Melanie McMenamin from Penn Law's Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic will lead an informal discussion and answer questions regarding legal issues facing small businesses and entrepreneurs. This program is geared towards artists, designers and entrepreneurs, as well as life sciences startups; all are welcome and the event is free

Penn Law's Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic (ELC) provides pro bono transactional legal services to Philadelphia area entrepreneurs and businesses. The ELC serves both for-profit and non-profit organizations under the theory that sound fundamental business principles and practices should underlie any venture. Though the ELC serves a broad spectrum of clients, it is firmly committed to the goal of economic development through assisting locally owned and operated businesses that will have an impact on distressed communities by providing needed jobs, goods, and services.

This program is geared towards artists, designers and entrepreneurs, as well as life sciences startups; but all are welcome and the event is free. Light refreshments will be served. Arrive early if you would like a tour of NextFab Studio facilities. NextFab Studio is a membership-based, high-tech workshop and prototyping center - it's Philadelphia's "gym for innovators".
