EAL: P - What's Next for the Arts in Philadelphia Conference
The Emerging Arts Leaders: Philadelphia - a local chapter of American’s for the Arts - is hosting our annual “Creative Conversation” in October. This year, we're proud to present a half-day conference around our 2015 theme, What’s Next for the Arts in Philadelphia? The conference will serve as an opportunity for emerging artists to share a vision of the future and generate cutting edge ideas to utilize across industries.
Arts industry leaders and professionals from other sectors will share their expertise and experiences propelling organizations forward. Join in facilitated conversations centered around new models and approaches for keeping art and artists integral to organizational missions.
The day will begin with messages from EAL:P President Amy Scheidegger and Events Chair Morgan Gengo, followed by an excited keynote address by Culture Works' Thaddeus Squire, breakout sessions, a working lunch, and networking opportunities with action steps to stay in the know.
